Yesterday I was planning my workout schedule for the week, and was curious to see how many calories you burn doing Hot Yoga. I did hot yoga last year for a couple of months and was obsessed with it... it was just REALLY expensive, so I stopped. I looked up how many cal's you burn in 75 minuets... 850!!!! SO, yes, I am going to start going to Hot Yoga again. Tomorrow will be my first attempt. I just need to find my yoga towel... my yoga mat is already in my car :-)
I am only going to go to Yoga twice a week. Tuesdays and Fridays. I think that will break my week up a little with working out.
Monday: Turbo Kickboxing/Body Pump
Tuesday: Hot Yoga
Wednesday: Body Pump/Turbo Kickboxing
Thursday: Turbo Kickboxing
Friday: Hot Yoga
Saturday: Body Pump/Turbo Kickboxing
With having six days to work with, I will be OK if I miss one of those days. I am trying to do at least 5 days a week. Last week I only did four... oh well!
I have my goal... to look and feel healthy. I will admit that I did weigh myself at the start of this new "obsession" of mine, and I am counting calories... but I am not being too crazy. I cheat and eat whatever I want on the weekends, but when Monday comes I try to stay strict.
So, Yoga... I am ready for you... time to get my yoga on and sweat sweat sweat!!!
This year it was held at Dodger Stadium. I have never been to Dodger Stadium, but it was cool. We had super good seats... and had a blast. We went with Kenny and Jenn again. It was fun.
It was sooo nice out in January... I took my niece swimming....
However, it wasn't as nice in California. I was there visiting Robert and we decided to go to Supercross with Kenny and Jen. It was freezing, but we had a blast.
Jordyn and I also made our cute boards!!! We were going to be crafty every month, but that didnt really turn out. Maybe this year????
March was a fun month. Robert turned 31, Ella started to wear big girl undies and I hung out with her and my sister a lot. I also took Robert to see Zac Brown in L.A.... it was his first time seeing the band, and what happened??? He FELL ASLEEP!!!!!!!!
I turned 26!!! AHHH.... I honestly thought I was going to have a mid-life crisis. 26 has been a hard year for me... I spent my birthday with my family... we went to BWW for dinner! Yum! Robert FINALLY came to Arizona and joined me at a work party I had :-) We also found out that Steven and Em were going to have a BABY!!!
I also got to see some friends I hadn't seen in a while. Kelsey, her hubby and I hung out. We went to Dave and Busters!
I also saw Lindsey and her new baby MAX who is precious!!!!
Kaelin and Mom came in for the summer!! We went and saw the premier of Eclipse!
I also went to the X games while I was in California.
Robert and I also enjoyed a night down in Manhatten Beach hanging out with his brother and getting some beach time in. The sunset that night was awesome!
I also spent one weekend in Vegas and got to see Rachelle!!!!
Happy 3rd Birthday Ella!!!!! I can't believe she is already three. For her birthday we went to this indoor tree house. She had a good time I think. I love love love this little girl. We also got to see Jordyn and Emily's baby bumps starting to grow.
I liked this picture so I wanted to include it...
Here are birthday pics!
I GOT EXTENSIONS!!! I have always wanted them and thanks to a bonus from work, I could finally afford them. September was a super busy month for me. I went to California the first weekend in September and Robert and I took a road trip and went to Hearst Castle. It was really cool.
Turkey Day was spent with Roberts family this year. I did my part and made some pies which were delish... I also tried some lebanese food that the Helou family cooked!
We also went to a hockey game at the Staples Center!
Robert and I went and picked out a Christmas tree and decorated it with Brayden the day after Thanksgiving...
The family was all in town again this year for Christmas. We had an exciting December. With Christmas, Winston being born, Kelsi turning 21, and Kaelin turning 15!!!! (already blogged about pretty much everything) I spent the end of December in California.
So there you have it folks... Happy 2011!!!!!
